Joe has been a Senior Leader with a career spanning 38 years at Allied Signal and Johnson & Johnson. His experience spans across Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Program and Product line management.

In his past 18 years at Johnson & Johnson, Joe has held Vice President leadership positions of increasing scope. In both companies Joe has been a leader in the design and execution of Category Management and Supply Chain operating models. Most recently for Johnson and Johnson Joe served as the leader of critical Supply Chain sourcing processes and was a member of the Johnson and Johnson Product Supply Leadership Team and has been the Executive Sponsor of the Construction Capital and Facilities Services Category. Prior to creating the Procurement Excellence team Joe served as Vice President and CPO for J&J’s Pharmaceutical Sector Supply Chain Procurement Organization.

In his development of his new company JNA Leadership Consulting Joe’s thought leadership in Talent Development and Operating Model Design and Execution will bring a unique perspective of the End to End Value Chain. In addition, Dr. Arnd Hirschberg has held executive positions at the Technical University of Munich, BMW, and the Boston Consulting Group.

Dr. Arnd Hirschberg  graduated from Technical University of Munich, is PhD on "Organisation of manufacturing cells" .

Amita Khurana is currently the Chief Procurement Officer of Tata Steel BSL Ltd (formerly known as Bhushan Steel Limited)- a company that Tata Steel Ltd acquired in 2018. She is managing the revenue and capital procurement across different locations of Tata Steel BSL.

In a career spanning 17 years, she has handled various assignments in the field of commercial & logistics including working on greenfield projects overseas, export of ferro alloys, procurement of bulk commodities etc.

She has demonstrated competency in dealing with ambiguous, unproven and challenging business environment in India and overseas. In the field of procurement, she brings understanding of categories, risk management, relationship building & management, conflict resolution and mentoring capability. She brings a fine balance of strong achievement orientation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Under the leadership of Mrs. Mu Wen, BBAC has established a more advanced procurement and supplier management system, and has improved the localization project management mechanism, effectively guaranteeing BBAC’s production and operation. Before joining BBAC, Mrs. Mu Wen was in charge of procurement management in Huachen BMW.

With 30 years of experience in the world-class China-German joint venture automobile manufacturing enterprises, Mrs. Mu Wen has very rich experience and professional accomplishments in automobile design, automobile manufacturing technology, logistics, parts procurement, parts localization and so on.
